Yes I have received the notes and I am perfectly satisfied with the notes I have received. 

The change in prefix wasn't too big of an issue to be honest as it was the same type of note I was looking for (1941 10/- , reissue of prewar unthreaded notes).

Thanks for sending the wonderful high res image of a £10 note. You’ve saved my bacon, so to speak.

The reason I considered using the 1916 £20 note for my project was because it was all I could find on the net! I considered myself lucky to find it.

If you have any other high res images of notes from the period, eg 10/-, £1, £5, anything would be greatly appreciated.

I can assure you, you will be acknowledged on the work and at the opening of the exhibition.

This project has been difficult for me as I possess limited computer skills and am on the other side of the world.

I recently inherited a rare Scottish bank note and had little idea of its value. I scoped around the market and got varied valuations with a few clearly either not knowing the value of the note or trying to buy it way under value. Pam’s was not just the most competitive but the fairest and most clear offer- I really appreciated that I didn’t have to haggle.

Equally, after agreeing the sale, Pam paid me promptly with no issue and, having spoken to Pam, she’s clearly very knowledgable and good at what she does.

That’s perfectly fine, Pam.  I’m in no hurry to receive the notes, and you have a business to run. I did understand that you are on business in the USA at the moment - hope it’s going well.

There are still some businesses, like in the old days, where you have to wait 28 days or more even when they are large firms, fully staffed and attended 6 days a week (often providing disappointing products) - that’s unacceptable; but most, like yours, are well-run, very efficient and provide an impressive, courteous and professional service providing quality merchandise, properly packaged and speedily delivered - my compliments to you !

This is only the 2nd time I have ordered from you but, having discovered your website, I shall, in the future, consult it in preference to others when I’m looking for notes - you have a bigger and better selection of items and at competitive prices too. Hi Gents

I've just finished reading the first 40 pages of your great piece of work.  I collected it late yesterday afternoon after it had been delivered to the wrong address.  Spent the next couple of hours browsing the pictures and looking at details of some of the rarer notes in my collection.  I suspect most other folk did the same.  I had to go to the bridge club in the evening which was very frustrating for obvious reasons.  I started reading in detail at 7am and two hours later had only reached page 33 when I was summoned for breakfast.  (my speed of reading is the reason why I never read novels)  After a few interruptions which included checking the level in my septic tank and hanging out the washing - (yes, I know too much information), I managed to complete the introductory parts. 

I must say I'm thoroughly enjoying it.  The background information and attention to detail is superb.  I can't praise it enough.  It's a great achievement and you must both be very proud of your work.   I really enjoyed the very small part I played in providing a few scans and snippets of information.  As you say in the preface, there will inevitably be omissions and inaccuracies, however this can take nothing away from the quality of the book.  I guess the challenge for collectors now is to try and unearth previously unseen notes and to try and close the small number of prefix gaps.  My opinion, for what it's worth,  is that there should never be a second edition.  Any future catalogues need only be new issues since 2017.  The question now is ... what are you going to do with all your spare time?  As for me I'm about to go through my spreadsheets, reallocate the catalogue reference numbers and look at the gaps in my collection I might want to fill.  After that I'll be studying all the provincial and lost banks to learn more about our fascinating hobby.
